Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Orders & Proof Approval
It is the customer's sole responsibility to check the final proof for spelling, layout, and design. Once the proof is approved, Pratibha Printing Press is not liable for errors.
Payment & Cancellations
Full payment is required before printing begins. In case of cancellation after the design process has started, a 50% charge will apply.
File Requirements
To ensure high-quality results, files must be provided in:
- 300 DPI Resolution (Minimum)
- CMYK Color Mode
- Correct Printing Dimensions/Size
Delivery & Variations
Standard delivery takes 7-15 business days. Please note that minor color variations are normal in the printing industry and will not be considered a defect.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uttar Pradesh, India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mathura.
